Positives: Beautiful Renovation, Unbeatable Ocean View, Great Proximity to Beautiful Beach! Negatives: the beds and bedding were terrible. The mattress in the master was good but the sheets were so terrible, nubby and rough feeling, we couldn’t sleep in them. I reached out to management and the said they could bring another set but they would be the same. No point in that. We slept on top of the quilt with a blanket we found in the guest room closet for the remainder of our stay. In the guest room, both mattresses were super soft with no support. Finally, the cleaning fee was completely ridiculous, especially considering we couldn’t even use the sheets. I understand this is a third party booking issue. With new mattresses and sheets and a reasonable cleaning fee, this place would be five star all around.

This is a great place. The owners obviously have spent time there and thought of all those big and little things to make people comfortable - sofa and recliner, kitchen pots and pans and utensils, beach chairs, plenty of towels, etc. The large granite island was great to use to cook on, everything else just worked perfectly. The only bad things that happened were not entirely in the owners' power to resolve. The pool pump broke and we couldn't use it almost the entire time, and the beach gate code changed and we were locked out for a bit. But the rental agency that rented it through Airbnb was very responsive and got us the new code immediately. We hope to return here.
