The largest bedroom has a King bed w/ memory foam mattress, luggage rack, dresser & room darkening curtains/blinds. Bed #2 has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, closet w/ hangers, luggage rack, drawer night stands & blinds and room darkening curtains. Bed #3 has a twin memory foam bed w/ coves & hooks for storage as well as blinds and curtains. *Please note: This home is an over 100 year old farmhouse. Ohio is a 4 season state. This home has baseboard heaters for heating and 3 window unit ac’s for cooling including 3 upstairs to service the 3 bedrooms. This home does NOT have central heating/cooling. Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early. Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early free of charge. ***Important: By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property.
