Start with private parking in the attached garage. There is additional street parking available. Youll feel right at home in the mixed residential & business neighborhood. The Maumee River is very close by to Kayak, boat, & fish so we outfitted the Carriage House with a Nautical theme! The carriage house is located above the garage and was fully remodeled with quality and luxury. The open kitchen has new white cabinets, anchor pulls, granite counters & Sea Glass backsplash. There are high end Stainless Appliances including dishwasher & french door refrigerator w/ filtered water and provided cooking items which make staying in a breeze. There is also a grill in the courtyard area. The dining area seats 4. The living area has a new 55 in Smart TV. You may use our Sling TV account or stream your favorite platforms. There are 2 plush Broyhill couches. If you need to do laundry there is a new washer / dryer inside between the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are large w/ cozy memory foam mattresses. The primary br has a king bed w/ 1,400 thread count sheets, USB lamp, robes for a hotel feel and a 32in smart TV. There is plenty of storage w/ the large closet and dresser. The 2nd br has a little firmer memory foam queen bed w/ USB lamp, large closet/dresser and 32 in smart TV. For privacy there are mini blinds AND curtains in both bedrooms. Noise is kept at a minimum since you are on the 2nd floor & there are replacement windows. There is central AC and heat, private secured entry, and lots of little touches that will make you feel at home. OH - and we have fast WIFI & a work space too! Welcome to Maumee. Parking is available in the private garage & left side of the driveway. Please park on the left side of the driveway under the "132" sign if not in the garage. The right side of the driveway is for another unit. There is also free street parking available for overflow if needed. Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts the laundry & dishwasher since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early. Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early. ***Important: By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed. By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the front door.
