We used Jeff’s place as a meeting spot for friends coming from a few different states, a few meeting for the first time in person. It was perfect! Plenty of space and Jeff was quick to respond to any of my questions.

We had six people in our party for a four day visit to the Lexington area This house and location were absolutely perfect. The house was very clean and had a cool little game room which we enjoyed immensely. We cooked a pretty big meal on location one of our nights and had pretty much everything we needed to do so. Even a BBQ grill!! There is a very nice area near the pool to set and spend tine with your party. VERY easy to walk from this location to get food or supplies. Jeff was a FANTASTIC host and very responsive and quick to answer any of our questions. We will definitely consider this location again if we return to the Lexington area for a stay. THANK YOU Jeff for a great stay.

Perfect location (close to Keeneland), super clean and great communication. Will definitely stay again if we come back.
