Amazing extremely spacious Airbnb. This is an expansive, elegant, very comfortable Airbnb. It has 3 fairly large balconies and a very spacious living/dining area. The unit was spotlessly clean when I arrived. It has super comfortable beds. This is an A+++ Airbnb. The hosting by Fabia and Adrian was really terrific. If this Airbnb is available don’t pass it up!!!

Clean, light, spacious, well cared for apartment. Very responsive host. Good mattresses, good hot water and water pressure, pleasant balconies, quiet neighborhood, excellent internet, helpful doorman. Fairly well-equipped kitchen tho needed dishtowels and cooking utensils. A larger coffee pot would have been useful, as well as suggestions for restaurants and maps for subway/bus routes. The apartment is on a significant hill so taxis were our alternative and worked well for us - walking would not be a problem for younger people. There was a pervasive sweetish chemical smell which could be bothersome to anyone sensitive to such things. Naples is a festive, hospitable, and exhausting city, one of our favorites. Fabia's apartment is a very comfortable place to rest and recharge.

We interfaced with Adrian. He was incredibly kind and genuinely interested in making sure that we would be comfortable and happy. The apartment was well-situated in a more quiet area not far from the historic center, with very easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, primarily using the metro which was a short walk from the apartment. It was a large space with everything we needed and it was very clean and very comfortable. Within 2 quick stops on the metro we were in the historic center. Adrian was especially helpful when we forgot something of extreme value in the apartment after checkout, and he went to great lengths to locate it and ultimately overnight it to us in Florence by then. We can’t thank him enough for that or for the sincere generosity of spirit that he showed us while we were in Napoli.

Great experience! Adrian and Fabia were fantastic hosts and have a gorgeous home! The artwork, figurines, and fixtures were fun to admire. The location was a great home base for our trip and walkable to the tube (8-ish mins) and the bus picks up across the street. The neighborhood is very active, but you wouldn’t know with how quiet the apartment was. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the quieter backside patio and people watching in the evenings while enjoying some wine on the frontside patio. It was perfect! Arian helped us get our rental parked in the secure lot and provided great instructions for accessing the building and apartment. He even had some spaghetti and pomodoro available for us since we got in so late. ❤️ Nothing was missing and they exceeded expectations! We would absolutely love to visit and stay in their space again, it was wonderful!
