The decor and furniture were extremely nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. Showers/bathrooms had all been updated and worked well. The only issue I had was there were not baking sheets nor pot holders for cooking. I messaged Mike, and he offered to have some sent over the same day. I told him it was ok, and he still wanted to make sure my stay was perfect. He responded within minutes every time. There was also a broken end table that he was not aware of. Same thing, he offered to get it replaced the same day. It did not affect my stat at all, so I told him no rush. He was very genuine and he truly seemed appreciative of me communicating with him. The house was fantastic. Very clean. Updated appliances, floors, bathrooms, ect.

Mike is a great host and very prompt with responding. PERFECT HOME!! I would recommend everyone to reserve this place if available when looking for a place to stay because it’s home away from home. It was everything as described. If you looking for a very clean place, that smells nice, comfortable, spacious, and located in a safe and quiet location, this is the place I promise you. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we loved everything about this place. I will reserve this home again!!!

We had to rent this place last minute due to a safety concern at another Airbnb, owned by another host. Mike was very accommodating, and went over and beyond to ensure that the home was clean and ready for us to enjoy though it was a last minute and late reservation. He communicated all hiccups all the way up into our check in. And I must say, the pictures, don’t do this home any justice, it is really cozy and felt like home away from home. Mike we really appreciate you being able to accommodate us at such a short notice.

Came to Atlanta with my two teenagers to visit their aunt their cousins. Wanted to stay out of Atlanta proper so found this place. Mike took my booking short notice and it was excellent. Beautiful neighborhood, easy to get to restaurants, etc and amazing house. Will book again

Love this place, great area and very quiet. No issues with plumbing. And also very roomy 10 out of 10
