Location is great, near Pendik Metro station (20 mins walking) which is very convenient to move from Asian to European side of Istanbul. Also close to Airport. Hotel apartment was spacious, two rooms, kitchen, livingroon and dining room. The place has lots of potential! Now, here are my recommendations: it seems that the guys in charge of the hotel are unexperienced youngsters, possibly not taking enough care of the cleaning process done by the lady working there. Our rooms were smelly (Tobacco) and the bedsheets not too clean , with stains, looking not so clean. The Bathroom had bathing cloth from a previous guest hanging from the shower faucet , no welcome soap or shampoo as hotels do. Trash containers are missing in the rooms as well as night tables. Reception guy was super friendly and attentive to our requests. they just need to take care of cleaning in a better way.

One thing to note is that seems to be more of a mini hotel than anything else. The bedrooms, living room and bathroom were spacious. The 3 of us had more than enough room. The kitchen did not have the electric stove that was listed as an amenity, but they did give us a small gas burner which was a bit tricky to use but we figured it out and it served our purpose. There were a few other amenities that were not in the room thar we had to ask for. But Ahmet (front desk guy) was very helpful and responsive whenever we called about anything. I would say if you need a place to stay for a short trip, then this is not a bad option.

The hotel is at a very convenient location, close to public transport and a short drive to Sahiba Airport. The rooms are not the best but for the price, it’s okay. Sheets are dirty but for a night or two, it’s okay. Check in was easy but be aware that they’ll ask you for a tip if you’re a foreigner.
