Lovely well appointed cottage right in the heart of the village. Close to all amenities The Gorge, caves, numerous pubs, tea rooms, and eateries. Thank you Marcela and Mike for a warm welcome to your beautiful part of the country.

I had a perfect stay. Marcela was proactive at sending useful descriptions and photos of how to find the place. Everything was clean and spotless and everything worked. Quiet and secluded spot but easy walking distance to pubs, restaurants, cheese shops and other tourist paraphernalia (fudge, tea towels, etc) and the starting points of great hikes into the Mendips!

The apartment was in a great location, easy to get to everything you need in Cheddar and its attractions. Despite being so close to everything it was really peaceful and relaxing. Marcela made it very easy to find and ensured we had everything we needed. It was perfect for the weekend we had planned.

We really enjoyed our short break at Marcela's place which is a walking distance from all amenities (Sainsbury's, local shops, restaurants) and local attractions ( Cheddar walk, caves). It is very quiet as it is located in the cul de sac. Apartment was very nice, clean ( the cleanest bed we slept on while on holiday!) and well equipped plus a private parking. It really felt like home. Doggies are also welcome. We would recommend staying at Marcela's place.
