Great spacious 2 story townhome!!! Modernized with a Carribean style theme. It has elegant lighting in the living room. Beautiful white Floor tiles that will make you feel like you are in a palace. Each bedroom has a full bathroom in it and a half-bathroom downstairs. It has a nice kitchen and eating area. There are great walk ways in this communtity. Property is about 15 minutes from Uptown Charlotte. There is easy access unto parking as well the property. This is the place for you!!

Daniel was consistently jovial. Such a kind and caring host. Bedroom was well maintained and equipped, plus comfy and large. Location felt safe and is only a 5-10 minute drive to NoDa or Optimist Hall. Fair price. Would return.
