Gingerhill Farm is a beautiful location and the 'glamping' accommodations were nice and as described. While we very much enjoyed our stay (and the constant companionship of geckos, farm animals and frogs), we were disappointed in Iris and Zack's response to our question about the discrepancy between what we were told (in a message in our Airbnb inbox) about having exclusive access to bathroom facilities and the reality of sharing bathroom facilities with staff. Their response was, "No other guests use the facilities except for staff, which we make sure you and your family have primary access first." This is *very* different than exclusive access. We wish they would have responded to our concerns differently. Unfortunately, this experience negatively impacted our other communication with them and our overall stay. While the property is gorgeous, it also has very steep trails (not stairs) leading to the tents/cabins that would be difficult to navigate for folks with mobility issues.

We booked the entire property for our group and we had an amazing time! It was great to wake up to the chickens, cows and birds singing. Silvia and Olivia were fantastic with whatever we needed- which wasn’t much. Would stay here again for the same discounted rate.

Zach was a great host. He was responsive to all the needs we had. The grounds are beautiful and sunsets can be viewed from the kitchen. The farm animals were fun to interact with.
