I feel so lucky to have been able to stay at this property. I’ve surfed Kahalu’u for decades, always enviously thinking how wonderful it would be to walk to surf and stay at one of the waterfront homes. My expectations were surpassed. This is a stunner of a home! You couldn’t be closer to the ocean unless you’re actually surfing the waves directly in front of the home. I was lulled to sleep nightly in the very comfortable master bed by the crash of the surf on the lava in front of the house, and occasionally sprayed by the splash when enjoying peaceful rest watching the surfers from the comfort of one of the two loungers facing the ocean. One is conveniently shaded for when the sun time needs a break. The sunsets were incomparable. The attention and outreach of the management was amazing and so helpful whenever needed. The kitchen has everything one could need, everything was well appointed. I’m counting the days until I can return.

The waterfront location cannot be beat. The house was full of everything you needed. The hosts were responsive and checked in throughout our stay. Kona is a beautiful island but we were so happy with our place that we spent 75% of our stay just relaxing around the house. You really cannot beat the view, the pool, or the location. Five stars without a doubt.

This listing is magical and perfect for families. We had an amazing stay here. Would definitely recommend! The location is stunning, the amenities were great for kids, you have everything you need between the main house and the Ohana house!
