Our home offers a primary bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, complete with a dresser for use and space for hanging items. The cozy secondary guest bedroom features a full-size bed ensuring a restful night's sleep for your additional family members or friends. In the living room, you'll be greeted by a large TV complete with a Roku and Sonos sound system, creating an ideal setting for your entertainment pleasure. Sink into the plush leather couch and unwind after a day of exploration or work. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary skills with its appliances, ample countertop space, and all the necessary utensils and cookware you might need. A sweet vintage house in a quiet neighborhood. We loved being near the Colossus Bakery, too! We had excellent communication with Sarah. Very happy with our stay.
Paul and Sarah are super hosts and their location is amazing! It looked exactly like the pictures and the quality of everything was superb, from the linens to the dishware. Their home was inviting, private and peaceful. It was everything we anticipated it to be and more! The hosts' communication was stellar; they never left us hanging but made booking and planning fast and efficient because of their timely responses. I would love to stay here again-it felt like home!
This house was such a gem! The yard is so beautiful! The house itself has all the charm but has the more modern updates you would expect of a new home. The beds were very comfortable! Parking was always easy, even with the high curbs on the streets. Loved seeing kids play at the park. Would love to stay again!

My family and I spent 3 days on the end of our southern California vacation at Paul and Sarah's place in San Pedro. It was clean, and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The market and 2 restaurants near by were perfect and delicious! Our only drawback was the it was chilly for southern california in april, and there was no heat in the house. It made for chilly evenings and mornings! All in all, the place was great and we enjoyed our stay!

- Chori Man: artisanal chorizo & custom breakfast burritos. 3min walk.
-Busy Bee Market: the famous long-standing sandwich institution of San Pedro! Expect a small line during peak hours. 6min walk.
- Whiskey Flats: Amazing BBQ with an outdoor roadside vibe. People drive from all over LA for their smoked meats and tasty sides! 8min drive.
