Good spot if you're visiting the Grand Canyon and can't stay in the park. Power went out at night but was super easy to start the generator. No a/c if you're planning to stay when it's hot. Space was clean and nice.

Beautifully decorated home with nice surroundings. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the Grand Canyon. There is a short section of dirt road to get to the property entrance. Whilst the solar power system didn't work great during our stay (there was only 2 of us and we were very power conscious), we utilized the generator as per the instructions provided without much fuss. We had an enjoyable stay.

The "off the grid" house was perfect for our one-night stay near the Grand Canyon. We were able to fix our own dinner and breakfast at the house. Tip: we've heard the best groceries in the area are at the full grocery store/Market in Grand Canyon National Park. So if you're in the park, grab your groceries before you leave. The convenience market in Tusayan is ok, but not a full grocery store. We enjoyed the comfortable king bed and the quiet. Best part was making a fire in the firepit and viewing the stars at night. The solar powered battery went out about an hour after sunset. We quickly started the generator using the clear instructions Payce sent ahead of time. We expected this situation so it was no problem. We were very glad we chose Payce's property for our night near Grand Canyon.
