The laundry room features a brand-new washer and dryer. SLEEPING ROOMS All of our rooms have A/C and Heating throughout. All room have their own private bathrooms, sinks, and showers. All rooms have wooden shutters to dampen sound and darken the rooms for sleeping. MASTER SUITE The entire first floor is made up of the master bedroom, with its expansive balcony. One step in the luxurious master bedroom will have you quickly on your way to relaxation in a beautiful space. The king bed faces the sea providing a vision of tranquility. Our sky-blue down couch has been placed in the ideal spot for hanging out. Enjoy the sea breeze as you relax with a book, or gaze to the harbor and watch the boats cruise. There is also a bonus twin bed in the master suite. The workspace area desk and chair are perfect for taking care of business, with great lighting for any task at hand. The walk-in master closet has plenty of hanging space for all your needs, with oversized shelves that will store most suitcases. There are plenty of smaller shelves for all your other personal items. The Master floor also features one of our favorite spots, the balcony overlooking the Riva and harbor. Take in the sea views and witness all the action below. The people watching is next level. From here you will notice one of the favorite photo spots for tourists is on the Kut corner of the Riva just outside the patio. While the tourists take selfies and create cherished memories as they briefly stop by, you will be content in knowing that you are living the dream in a magical location. The unobstructed sunsets across the harbor are a sight to behold. THE TOP FLOOR The sweeping views from this floor are the best in the house! Enjoy your morning coffee or tea right out of bed with our top floor coffee nook and mini fridge. Bench seating on two walls provides room to spread out. Our outside dining table can seat every booked guest in the house, and is a favorite spot for morning coffee and fresh baked breads, made daily just around the corner! The patio features two doors and one window that can be opened to savor the sea beyond. The doors are located on two sides of the patio, so the harbor views afforded are both west and north. The private patio also includes an outside freshwater shower and sink, lounge chairs, and movable oversized umbrella. Grab the stand up paddleboards to explore the harbor by sea, with access to the water just a few feet away. PLEASE NOTE Vis is a hub of activity, especially in the high season, and Villa Machiavelli is right in the heart of the action! Dozens of yachts sailboats will be coming and going daily with their tourists, mooring at the nearby Riva. The Vis Port Authority usually moors the largest and best private yachts directly out front for your viewing pleasure. You will experience the hustle and bustle of a beautiful island in high season, so don’t be surprised if you hear the local bars and restaurants break out into choruses of men singing traditional songs.
