It also features a large furnished terrace with amazing sea and bay view, an outside shower, BBQ and small tavern with an additional fridge, so guests can enjoy a cold drink soaking in the beautiful landscape. Guests have access to free wifi, air-conditioning, a washer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ice machine. Lieu exceptionnel, au calme dans une petite baie/crique très poissonneuse et une eau incroyablement claire où des bateaux s'amarrent pour quelques heures. Il n'y a que quelques maisons de pecheurs occupees. Une petite experience de vie à la Robinson sympa pour s'y reposer et profiter de la grande terrasse. La maison un peu rustique dispose d'un bon confort (clim, petite Tv) même si le lit double pourrait être plus confortable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et l'hote très sympathique et serviable. NB l accès à la maison est compliqué à trouver mais le propriétaire vient vous chercher au bateau pour vous accompagner. Donc pas de soucis. A noter, que l'accès à la maison depuis le parking se fait par un petit sentier et que l'escalier intérieur est un peu raide ce qui peut être difficile pour certains...
We had a great time at Hrvatkos and Majas place. Its super remote and therefore very very relaxing. Nature around the place is really amazing. When the sky is clear you can literally see the milky way and a million stars with your bare eyes. We also found a really unique, at least for us, quarzite rock beach just a 10min hike north at the shore. There are no private beaches in Croatia, but this feels very private. Just two or three visitors on the beach, the 3 neighbouring stone houses with their residents and maybe one or two sailboats per day. Getting fresh bread in the morning takes about 30min for the 10km back and forth. Planning ahead makes a lot of sense. The "road" to the place is a little bit of an adventure but fun. Haha. The house and terraces have everything you need and more. Good Times!
Un petit paradis au calme; maison agréable et bien équipée, nature magnifique ! Maja est un hôte très accueillant, attentif à faire le maximum pour les résidents et très serviable; très bon séjour à recommander pour ceux qui recherche calme et sérénité !

Beautiful house and setting for a relaxing and restful holiday. Absolutely recommend it. Extra tip: drive carefully as gravel road and branches can scratch your rental car, buy full car rental insurance.

Villa Silente is located on the island of Vis, in a beautiful bay Tiha, which translated from Croatian means Silent. As the name says, this place is perfect for travelers who like to enjoy their peace and quiet, while being located directly by the beach with the most beautiful crystal blue sea, and just a short ride away from many other great places Vis has to offer.
Just near Tiha bay there is a village Oključna, with its chapel and old stone houses. If you like an active vacation, there are also couple of hiking trails which are very scenic and the entire island is an extraordinary place to explore.
Nearest beach is just in front of the house. The sea here is extraordinary clear and it is the perfect place to relax, dive, fish, swim and sunbathe.
Nearest supermarket is 4,5 kilometers away in the town of Vis, where you can also find restaurants, cafes, ATMs, a pharmacy, gas station, tourist info, bus and ferry station. In Vis you can also rent a car or book an excursion.
For getting around Vis we recommend renting a scooter, it's the most fun way to explore the island!
