We just visited with 2 adults and 2 teens. From Anna's help before we arrived to Marija's help when we were in town- it was awesome. The location is amazing- we hardly left Kut! It was so nice to walk out the door and grab a meal or a boat for the day. The top floor is amazing- we could have sat there all day. And the whole apartment was so clean- and bright! The beds were comfortable and A/C was nice to have. We loved the suggestions from the owners in the manual and enjoyed many meals at Marija's restaurant and Pojoda. Thank you!
Great location overlooking a marina in Vis. Watching the boats and sunsets from the top level terrace was delightful. Lots of stairs to get to the top with bedrooms and bathroom on the floor below. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Happy to recommend this property.
This beautiful house is a true gem. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfectly located in Kut. We enjoyed relaxing drinks on the balcony to start and end our day. It was a great place for sunsets and star gazing as well as watching all the boats. The neighborhood has everything you can need and the walk to Vis Town is lovely and easy. The hosts are also great and we’re super responsive. They also left delicious treats for us to enjoy upon arrival. This place is a rare find. I can’t recommend it more highly.
Wonderful apartment, recommendation is to take a boat trip around the island with grandson of owner of restaurant.
We really loved the House, the location and Marija who was a perfect hostess. The communication has been fast, easy and kind. We, a Family of five with grown up children, have had a fantastic holiday In beautiful Villa Riva, and enjoyed the cool mornings at the terrace overlooking the whole bay and warm sunsets. Fantastic free diving at Green Cave and lots of swimming in the clean and warm sea. Bakery, restaurants and all you need is within walking distance. Its quiet and very entertaining to watch the sailers come and go. I highly recommend the house.

We are two Australian families who love travel, good food, and relaxed times with family and friends. Vis is 30+ hours away from Australia but, for us, it is worth every minute of the trip. It’s an escape “far enough to the middle of nowhere to be worth getting to”, “the place where life takes over…”. Our love affair with Vis and Villa Riva started when we first visited in 2006 as two couples. Nine years, eight visits, and four children later, we decided to buy our own slice of paradise, purchasing the very first villa we stayed in. We want to share the house, and this special island, with guests from all over the world. We hope you enjoy the experience as much as we do time after time.
