Beautiful home; very clean and maintained. Wonderful stay, just wish they had a tad bit more Amenities. Nice shallow pool and then another located at club house area that’s deeper. Bar and some sitting areas. Sadly weather was windy and pool water was too cold to actually use at the house so went to private beach, sand was harsh due to lots of wind. But nice home, think you have to request propane before stay to use the grill as we noticed the last night at a inconvenient hour(7-8pm) it didn’t have Gas. So just let host know beforehand if you plan to use it. Overall enjoyable time just happen to pick the windiest days for my stay, would like to come back when the weather is a bit more still!

Santiago was a great host - very attentive and offered many extra services. His Copala residence was a great stay - was a very nice place to get away to and relax. It’s got a very peaceful garden view and the plunge pool was nice although not heated. The pools in the Copala compound were wonderful and heated. Only complaint/recommendation is to rent a car or golf cart if you want to get around the resort. The shuttles are not reliable - that is not something the host can do or control so it’s not a blemish on this review just something to consider when staying in Copala. Would for sure stay again!

This place is away from the town and to inconvenient because every time we wanted to leave we had to reserve a shuttle down to the gate. From that point, an uber can pick u up. Uber isnt allowed to enter the gated community only taxis are unless ur getting dropped off then only can uber enter. Also when it was time to checkout, I scheduled a shuttle down to the gate only to send me a cab so i had to pay. If u plan on staying here, having a car is a must. The other inconvenience was that Santiago didnt allow me to cancel the reservation even though i intended to an hour after i got the place. Even though he said it should be ok but yet rejected the request. If your trying to get to know cabo and its your first time here, i wouldnt recommend this place.
