We are inside the Quivira/Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort Area. This is a large area with over 1,800 acres of open space and includes the 5-star resorts of Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, the soon to come St. Regis, plus a few private residential developments which we are amongst. Also a world class golf course, and 3 miles of pristine beaches on the Pacific Ocean, 2 fabulous Armonia spas, many restaurants and many many pools. Our development is Copala which consists of condos and villas, all with Pacific Ocean views. The whole Quivira area is secure and gated, allowing access exclusively to those residing or staying in the resorts.

From the airport:
We usually use a private transpo company if we’re not renting a car, it’s $100 each way. And you can stop at the grocery store on the way for an additional fee. We can help set that up for you if you’re interested.
Taxi is also available, usually about the same price as private transportation. FYI, Uber cannot get into the airport without you already in the car.
There’s is a resort area airport shuttle service ($28 each way per person, runs 2-3 times daily to the airport), plus a few stops on the way at the Pueblo Bonito hotels, and you’d need to transfer to our community free shuttle upon arrival at the hotel on site.
If you prefer to rent a car, there are the regular brands at the airport that you can work with directly, plus a couple of really good local brands. We suggest to reserve in advance and purchase the insurance advance, as will be required by the rental agency (both liability and collision).
While on site:
The Quivira property is quite large, and our condo to the hotels on site are about a 1-2 mile drive. There are walking paths, but the area is hilly and in the sun, even to the best walkers, it can feel like a lot.
We do have a free community shuttle service that runs hourly, it can take some pre-planning and patience, reservations are highly recommended.
Also there are a couple of golf cart rentals on site if you plan to mostly stay in the resort area and bop around between the hotels etc. We can give you more info here if interested.
Getting around town:
If you plan to get off site frequently for excursions, exploring, etc, about half our guests rent cars and half rely on taxi/Uber, etc.
You can reserve a Taxi with our community Concierge, or use Uber as normal through the app. Note that Uber cannot get into the resort areas without you already in the car. To take an Uber from the resort area, you’d need to take the free community shuttle to one of the Quivira gates and coordinate the Uber there. No problem getting back into the resort area from town, etc.
As a potentially convenient alternative, our condo neighbor has a few cars on site that he rents out, his prices are very reasonable and cars come fully insured. We can connect you to him if your interested.
