We had an excellent stay. The home is a little out of town and allows you to easily get in and out of Bloomington. We had no trouble finding it, and were given excellent directions. Melissa even had fresh baked cookies specifically for my family. The home is very clean, very well organized and comfortable. Melissa also had a lot of travel extras available for our comfort (qtips, toothpaste, Advil, etc). The beds were great too! If we are in Bloomington again, I will be hoping to reserve here again. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, Melissa!

We had a lovely stay in Bloomington while visiting our son at IU. Melissa was a fabulous host. Easy to communicate with, very responsive. She made us delicious cookies and was super friendly and accommodating. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful fall leaves. Really nice fire pit area with a box full of smores ingredients supplied! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Melissa!

We loved our stay while visiting my daughter at IU and will definitely be back! Melissa was a wonderful host. She was warm and welcoming. She really pays attention to detail, from the cookies when we arrived to the delicious homemade muffins for our last morning. A huge bonus was that check out is 2:00pm and that was so nice to not have to rush in the morning. I wish more places did that. I would highly recommend staying here!

Melissa was very friendly and helpful, and given that the property is a little back off the road, her proactive directions and instructions made what could have been a little difficult to find incredibly easy. The place was spotless and beautiful. We couldn’t get over the cute little snacks and the bathroom was stocked with almost anything you could possibly think of that you may have forgotten. The guest house was closer to the main house than I first thought when booking but it didn’t end up being an issue. Beds were so incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate and so spacious. Decorations were adorable throughout. The hosts really went out of their way to make the space as inviting as possible. Definitely a beautiful little place to stay if you just need somewhere to spend the night while you are out and about the rest of the day enjoying the area. We really enjoyed our stay and the personal touches and thoughtfulness of the hosts.

Melissa was so kind and even made us muffins for our final morning. She provided snacks and plenty of toiletries in case we forgot something. Plenty of bedding and pillows were available. Beautiful drive up to the property once you turn on the road. Highly recommend!
