Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 5 Personen. Check-out/Check-in: Ohne Probleme! Trotz der Tatsache, dass unser Flug Verspätung hatte, hat man uns vor Ort persönlich empfangen und es gab eine Führung durch die Villa! Unterkunft/Ausstattung: Wie auf den Bildern! Sehr groß & sehr gepflegt! Mietfahrzeuge können direkt auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Der Pool/Garten wurde jeden Morgen gesäubert. Leider war der Zugang zum Dach aus unbekanntem Grund geschlossen, die Aussicht wäre sicher sehr schön gewesen! Die Küche hat alles, was so benötigt wird! Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft mehr als zufrieden! Lage: Die Villa hat unserer Auffassung nach eine super Lage. Die Villa selbst liegt an einem ruhigen Ort und wenn man 800m läuft ist man mitten im Geschehen. Zum Meer sind es keine 400m und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt neben der Villa. Top! Fazit: Wir können diese Villa weiterempfehlen!

Exceptional Villa with Amazing Location and Host I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb villa in Faliraki, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice for my vacation. First and foremost, the villa's location was absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of Faliraki, it offered a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Just a short stroll away from the vibrant town center and stunning beaches, I had easy access to all the attractions while still enjoying a peaceful retreat when I wanted to relax. The villa's layout was cleverly designed, allowing for privacy and a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Outdoor area was a true haven, with a private pool, comfortable seating, and a very big garden. I spent many evenings with my family relaxing by the pool, enjoying the tranquility and the stunning sunset. I am already looking forward to my next visit! Thank you!

Claudia was a fantastic host, very helpful with helping us arrange airport transfers, boat trip transfers and stocking of the kitchen prior to our arrival. We wanted to arrange a surprise for our friend's bachelorette and she decorated the villa beautifully as well as ordering us fresh pizzas and salads on arrival. Would 100% return and stay again. Amazing Villa with the most beautiful outside area that would suit pretty much any group. The perfect location for everyone, minutes from the beach, supermarket right on your doorstep, up market restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the strip within a 10 minute walk for anyone looking for more nightlife. The only negative comment would be that the villa seems tired and therefore not that clean. It’s clear to see it’s been cleaned but I think bathrooms etc might need modernisation. All in all the perfect place and would highly recommend.
