This place is great! Nestled in the middle of the valley, the location serves great as a basecamp for adventures and a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The view is wonderful, accompanied by great sunrises and sunsets. We will be visiting again!

Jess and Rick's place was the perfect place in Davis for our two families of 3 plus dog to relax and enjoy the Canaan Valley! I especially loved going for walks in the neighborhood. It's a magical area where I found peace and tranquility. We enjoyed the birds singing and spotted a skunk, a snake, and a baby deer. The house has a nice layout and is well-equipped. We enjoyed the picnic table outside for gathering and the roomy kitchen table inside for Mexican train!

we loved Rick's place, the home is beautiful and has the most peaceful setting with mountain views and a horse pasture out back. The location is close to two great towns, Davis and Thomas we explored both and loved riding bikes from Thomas to Douglas Falls. We also drove to Seneca Rocks just 40 minutes away and spent the day. The house is a great retreat for the end of an active day and we enjoyed watching movies with the adults downstairs on the large sectional and the kids in the loft. We've already recommended Rick's place to friends!
