Fantastic stay at Jeff’s place! Was the perfect setup and location for our fishing trip. Will be back for sure great place to stay. Jeff is super friendly and very accommodating. Clean inside and well kept up. The dock was perfect for the bass boats and convenient. Thanks Jeff appreciate everything! -Josh

We had a blast staying at Jeff’s place. For Thanksgiving the water levels were still a few feet high and was able to catch some bass and panfish (though it was tough)! Even then our family had a great time playing board games in the evening and kayaking during the day. We used the fire pit one night and was perfect. Love the fact the whole area was fenced off so our doggies can run around freely. Overall great stay in Clear Lake and would even consider returning during the spring spawn!

Didn’t enjoy getting my hands dirty/sticky just to get in the driveway due to the manual gate, chain and padlock. I also suspected this but it could have been a little more clear- it’s basically a double wide trailer, which in my opinion makes everything feel a little tacky, and it’s right next door to a trailer park. Good location otherwise. Nice backyard. Didn’t really feel worth what I paid.

We enjoyed such a lovely stay at Jeff’s place. Jeff is an outstanding host & was extremely responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. While the inside of the home is a bit dated, that certainly didn’t take away from our stay. The smart features of the house was useful & fun to use. The kitchen is stocked with almost anything you would need. I would just recommend some more wine glasses & tongs. The home is also stocked with several games, toys & other inside activities should you prefer, but most enjoyable was the private dock & fire pit. Caught several large catfish & bass right off the dock. The grass in the back was green & perfect for four-legged friends or to set up a net or corn hole. A couple of trees provided nice shade to sit under throughout the day. There’s more than ample space inside the gated yard to park several cars and/or a trailer, if towing watercraft. The home is located on a main road, but you hardly notice it. Thanks for sharing your home Jeff!
