The check in team are excellent and very responsive. The chalet is ok but it didn’t have a washer as in the advert. As we are touring NSW for 3 weeks, we specially wanted one night to wash our stuff. There maybe one you pay for elsewhere but it’s not in the price you pay. The view from on the bedroom is the public toilets which isn’t plenty tbh. We’ve paid less for better this trip (this was air BnB number 7)
