ARC puts you close to attractions and multi Dining options to offer. Free Car Parking is provided with no reservation needed. Our Homestay is equipped with all the necessities to fulfill the comfort of your staycation and tranquil getaway. This is a 900sq ft sized Condo with 3 Bedrooms. U can expect to have a private attached Bathroom in the Master Bedroom & another shared Bathroom for your travel mates along the bedroom's corridor. Wifi provided Free during your stay. The entire Condo is equipped with air-conditional in both the Bedrooms & living area. Water heater is available in both the Bathrooms, Shower & Hair Shampoo also provided & sufficient for your whole travel mates to utilise. Hair Dryer & Iron also provided to lighten your luggage :) Induction cooker & refrigerator is provided, u will be able to do some light cooking in the kitchenette with Microwave, Water Boiler, & utensils ready. We provide 1 covered carpark lot & extra carpark lot at the out-door Visitor Parking with No Reservation needed.

Host is very friendly and helpful. The place meet our expectations and we wished we had the time to spend more time in the apartment. It really feels like home away from home. Already had plan to stay there again should we go there again.

ARC Austin Hill, is located in the District of Tebrau Johor Bahru, easy access to Major Shopping Malls includes AEON Tebrau, Toppen, IKEA, amenities to Sultan Ismail General Hospital all within 7km driving distance. Austin Heights Water Park Adventures is also around the neighborhood. Considering about foods & delicacies, there are plenty of Cafes, Restaurants, Kopitiam & Mamak Stall to savor at nearby as near as 1 min drive away.
Go around exploring JB by driving & Parking is mostly at the Outdoor Street Carpark lot from Saturday to Thursday (8am - 6pm) at RM0.60/hr or RM0.40/half hr under JB City Council (MBJB) supervision. Friday & Public Holiday is Free Parking. You can either purchase a Parking coupon for MBJB Zone & produce it by placing in the front of your car; or made payment through "MBJB Spot" mobile apps.
Do be remind to bring along Touch-n-Go card if you are to enter the Shopping Malls either by taking the in-house Parking ticket & made payment before leaving the Malls; or using Cashless payment with Touch-n-Go. Make sure you have sufficient fund in the Touch-n-Go card as it is difficult to get an automated Touch-n-Go Top-up machine in most of the Shopping Malls.
