Two miles from the vibrant town of Cirencester, or a 20 minute walk. shops and delicious restaurants, outdoor swimming pool, gyms and leisure centre, Golf club 1 mile away with driving range. Cheltenham 20 min drive, great for the races, theatres, restaurants, shopping. Bibury trout farm 10 mins Cotswold lakes, paddle boards, water skiing, aqua park A spacious annex , brand new kitchen , sitting room, 1 double bedroom and 1 king sized bedroom , with a bathroom . Within a cupboard washing / drier, iron board and clothes horse . The driveway and gardens run along side the river Churn .

Our stay at Kate’s place while attending a family wedding at Old Gore Barn was great. She was a standout host — extremely responsive, helpful, flexible, and friendly! Would absolutely recommend her place to anyone needing somewhere to stay in the area.
Amazing & peaceful location and a lovely field nearby for a beautiful walk. Kate and Paul were very responsive and helped us with directions to get to the property. The place was quiet and everything was as described. Will definitely stay again!

Annex is located in the lovely Cotswold village Baunton. Small village green at the start of the monarch walk , and various other stunning country walks . The stunning Norman Church St Mary Magdalene is situated at the end of the village for anyone to visitor which a stunning old mosaic on the wall .
Car park at the annex . Easy to walk out for country walks or to stroll into Cirencester. Or if one of us around we can pop you into town . Buses at the top of the road to Cirencester and Cheltenham. Kemble train station is 15 mins away to get to London , bath anywhere you wish . A chauffeur can also be hired if needed . Just ask ,I am here to help in anyway .
