Enjoy your time in Rochester in this blissful, freshly remodeled, beautifully furnished upper-level duplex just 4 minutes from Mayo Clinic. A bus stops across the street. This 3-bedroom, 1-bath unit has everything you might need to recover from a surgery or to feel at home while seeking treatment. The house is child friendly with a nice selection of toys and books to keep the little ones occupied. A Pack-n-Play and highchair are included. Your furry friends are welcome (charge of $50/pet.) The kitchen contains everything needed for food preparation including a microwave, electric stove/oven, both a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional electric coffee pot, an electric hot water kettle, a blender, a full set of pots and pans, a dishwasher to make clean-up more convenient and a selection of common spices for cooking. There are BPA-free children's dishes in addition to a full set of traditional dishware. We highly recommend when you arrive that you take a look in the cabinets and under the stove, so you familiarize yourself with the appliances, dishes and utensils. One of the bedrooms includes a dedicated workspace, including a desk, office task chair and a lamp. All bedrooms include hybrid queen mattresses, (with foam mattress toppers), blackout curtains, 100% cotton sheets, and extra bedding if you like to sleep toasty warm. The house has central air and heating plus a fan if you like white noise when you sleep. Cleaning supplies you may want during your stay are stored in the living room and hallway closets as well as under the kitchen sink.

Our first stay here was just over a month ago & we will stay again in the future, which is the highest recomendation I can make. The place is nicely decorated, beds are very comfortable & there's thoughtful child proofing with outlets & the cupboard under the sink. An overnight stay is available, which isn't easy to find with rental properties of this size. The only concern I have is "for" John. There's a nice cookware set that, within the time we stayed there last, has started to get scratched on the bottom due to folks using metal utensils. There's a crock on the counter with the correct nylon set that should be used. For the sake of future renters enjoyment, please take care of things to prevent price increases due to replacement costs.
The home was very comfortable for all my little ones although it definitely was hard to keep them still & quiete as their are neighbors down stairs elderly and need to have quite people upstairs other then that the home was absolutely beautiful and accommodating the host is very understanding and responsive would recomendé the home 1,000 times definitely one for my books 📚❤️ thank you from my family to yours
We had a great stay! John was very accommodating & flexible to schedule changes! He was quick to reply if we had a question & the house was clean!
We just stayed overnight, but enjoyed the place so much, we've already booked it again next month. Not many places let you stay for just one night, so that perk is much appreciated.
