Basic but nice enough, bed was alright and electric shower in en suite was pretty good. Great location for uplands and walkable to town, parking nearby was easy enough. A couple of stains on the towels which I hope were make up 😱. The only real issue was on the hotest weekend of the year so far the central heating was blasting!! The windows don't open fully for safety reasons so it was baking! When contacted Nicola she told me the heating was on a timer and it goes off and on 🙈. The boiler wasn't accessible so I requested that someone attended to rectify the issue (a two second job) and that was simply ignored so we had to sweat it out.

Had a good stay, everything was perfect and as described, apart from the curtains. They won’t close as they’re hanging on rope. Also a few stains on the hand towel but I wasn’t bothered. Great location and Nicola is quick responding and clear instructions.

A wonderful stay. Great view. Nice shops and cafe's nearby. Comfy bed. Clean. Ensuite nice.

Nicola didn’t send a guy into the room to take away our laptop and stuff at all, and definitely didn’t ask for £40 cash so we can get our belongings back and throw us out of the street. And I definitely don’t have any evidence about it all. If you wanna have an additional day but was on the bus and the payment didn’t process through, the whole thing is gonna be a lovely event. Say hi to the guy you send Nicola, he refused to talk to me (an East Asian female) and only talked to another guest (local male), kudos for you both, love xx
