I stayed here for two months while looking for an apartment and found it to be perfect for long term stays. Originally booked for one month and Daniel was flexible to let me add another month when an apartment rental didn't work out. Always responded quickly to any matter I messaged him about. Within walking distance to Walmart or Market of Choice. I didn't have a car while staying here and had no issues getting whatever I needed from the surrounding stores. Peaceful neighborhoods to walk my dog and a park a few blocks away to play fetch with. Internet speed was great, HDTV w/ Roku worked well. Oh, and possibly the most comfortable pillows I've ever experienced. Bed and linens were very comfortable also. Black out curtains made it easy to get a great night's rest. Some reviews have mentioned noise complaints from the top floor, but I experienced very minimal issues with it and Daniel was quick to act on any reports of excessive noise. I would highly recommend staying here.

My daughter and I loved our time in this cozy and lovely home in Eugene! Daniel was a great communicator and very responsive to any questions we had.

The place had easy access however the parking instructions were a bit confusing as we parked on the adjacent lawn siding when there was ample parking on the driveway in front of the door which would have made loading and unloading of luggage easier. I believe that could have been better explained. The place had a fairly new Samsung Fridge with ice maker which didn't appear to be hooked up to a water source and no ice cube trays as a backup resulting in us having to go to a local store for ice. The heating system was 2 faux wood stove electric heaters which worked well but was different from the typical central air or water type system. In summation we found the place to be overall a decent place to stay and would recommend it to other travelers.

This property is gorgeous, clean, comfortable and peaceful. It had all the amenities I could possibly need. The hosts were kind, prompt and thoughtful in their communications, and flexible when I needed to extend my stay a day longer. I would absolutely stay there again if I needed accommodations in the area.
