Very well stocked kitchen with new utensils etc which was great. Bed linens were also clean & new. Heat was set to 55 degrees which was freezing & took 2 days to warm the downstairs area which has 2 bedrooms. The door knob was broken & got stuck in primary bedroom, thank goodness other members of our party were home & it wasn’t a child who was stuck. When we notified owner, the reply was they were aware of broken knob —nothing else. This was serious & should have been addressed before renting again. The toilet downstairs which services two bedrooms broke (flapper issue) and while this can happen anytime the flusher handle was partially broken (this is visible) and should have been a signal maintenance was needed. When we told Brenda, her response was “That’s weird”. Overall, this place can be good, we had a subpar experience.
