This stylish home is perfect for your next trip to Ashtabula. There is a deck that overlooks Lake Erie’s Ashtabula lighthouse in the back of the home. Newly updated spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. A formal dining room and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a beautiful island and has french doors overlooking the deck with a view. Walking distance to Historic Bridge Street with several restaurants. A short drive to Lakeshore Park, Walnut Beach, Geneva on the Lake and Local Wineries. Living room, dining room, kitchen and full bath with shower and laundry on main floor. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the main bedroom, a queen bed in the second and full size bed in the third. There is a full bathroom on the second floor with a bathtub. There is a large deck on the back of the home that has a beautiful view of Lake Erie and the Ashtabula lighthouse.

Beautiful home, spacious bedrooms. Kitchen was perfect for cooking. Nice deck although not used. A couple of electrical issues, flickering of lights and microwave shortage but these were made aware to homeowner. Slight difficulty accessing property using keypad, and doors seems to have gaps which let in a lot of cold air. Bathrooms were large and clean. Beds and linens/pillows were very comfortable. Overall a nice experience.
