Namit is a very good Host and reliable and trustworthy.I would recommend but not as a 4 star or 5 star property. It will become a good one in the future with a few changes and improvements as per feedback given. But the Host is very reliable.

Great place Namit has in the heart of the city. It was easy to find. Check-in was smooth. The apartment had easy access to auto/Uber and was very close to other prime locations. The apartment was cosy and comfortable. Although we did not spend much time in the apartment, it felt like home. Namit had shared the instructions for check-in and details for the wifi. The apartment was just as seen in the pictures. What upset me was the CCTV in the living room, which I found to be unwarranted and lack of privacy. Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been slightly better. Everything else was completely fine. Thank you Namit for the stay.

The place is very good...neat and clean and I should say well maintained as well.I had a small issue with the AC in one room and Mr.Namit immediately arranged a technician.The caretaker also was very good and cooperative.Overall very satisfied with the place. I had a slight disagreement with one thing I observed in the apartment.There is a Camera inside the living room.The Camera is NOT a hidden one; it is placed right there on the ceiling of the living room; but we have not been intimated that we are under surveillance.I feel it would have been better if there was a notice somewhere that we are being watched.When I checked with the caretaker, he said its a precaution from the owner side as some people tried to mess up the place some time back. We were office colleagues who had come on a business trip and so this was not at all uncomfortable for us.And I will not blame Mr.Namit for putting the camera for the safety of his belongings; but just inform people that they are being watched.
