Located in Sykologos village which is just on the top of the southeast corner of Heraklion prefecture just 15min from the pure and beautiful beaches of Tertsa & Sidonia this place is the perfect spot for remote workers and everyone who wants to feel the Cretan Life relax while enjoying the perfect Sea view and the calmness of the village. Euphoria Cretan Living is a 65 square meters maisonette consisted of two bedrooms, one bathroom , one WC, an open space living-dining-kitchen area and outstanding outdoor terrace and balcony with stunning sea and mountain views. As you get in from the main door of the building the first thing you see is the stunning view from the balcony that is just in front of you, on your right is the main door of the residence which leads the open space living area. The light earthy colors and the wooden details will make you calm and feel relaxed. The comfortable corner sofa and the rounded dining table are the places where you can make unique memories with your loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need to prepare your meal and feel like home. On the balcony there is also another outdoor dining set which might be your absolute favorite spot to enjoy every meal overlooking the Stunning Sea view and the cool breeze. Finally on the ground floor there is the WC which for convenience is on the left as you get in from main door of the building. On the first floor of the residence, you will find two bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has one double bed, closet and a full body mirror for everyday preparation. The second bedroom has a single bed, closet and a desk with printer so it’s perfect for remote working with a stable 50mbps internet connection. We provide you with a variety of pillows so you may choose the best option for you. Finally the main bathrooms is comfortable with a small bathtub. On the first floor there is another smaller balcony with a small table where you can relax enjoying your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening and observe the same stunning view. From this balcony you can access the roof top from where you will have a 360 view of the Sea, the village and the Cretan hills. Enjoy the sun all day long laying on the comfortable puffs or the built in sofa while enjoying your desired beverage and the Best View. Finally, on the roof there is also a small room where you will find the washing machine to use during your stay. Finally it is very important to mention that all rooms are airconditioned and for our winter visitors the house has a central heating system.
