Great two-bedroom west-facing duplex apartment on the seventh floor of Block A of the well-known Skol building. On the beachfront in Marbella centre, it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary. This apartment has great views of the sea, the promenade, and the North African coast. This lovely west-facing apartment enjoys spectacular sunsets; your stay is guaranteed to be as pleasant as possible! Accommodation comprises: lift access; living/dining room with huge windows and access to the terrace with privileged views; fully-equipped fitted kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc.; stairs from the lounge to the top floor; master bedroom with double bed and superb views; second bedroom with three single beds; and separate bathroom with shower over the bath. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C in the bedrooms and the living room. 🏊♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis. 🔑 Main reception open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals. ☕ Cafeteria is open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens. 🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price. Не стоит своих денег. Плюсы - красивый вид с балкона, хорошее расположение. Минусы - на этаже грязно, в номере шумно, в одной из соседних номеров идет ремонт. Когда я помыла волосы, увидела, что в номере фен с тремя вилками (как в Ирландии), а все розетки на два отверстия. До этого я писала с просьбой принести мусорные пакеты. И поменять подушку - все подушки в номере очень твердые и дешевые. Мне не отвечали два часа. Когда я с мокрыми волосами оказалась без фена и без переходника к нему, я снова написала владельцу и сразу написала на сайт Airbnb. Сотрудник Airbnb хотел помочь и сказал, что Skoll не отвечают, написано, что звонки доступны только с понедельника по пятницу. А было утро субботы. Я спускалась вниз на ресепшен, просила помочь мне с феном. Там мне дали номер телефона, по которому я тоже звонила. Но мне не отвечали. Уже после часа ожидания, когда я просила фен у соседей, мне перезвонили и сказали, что в течении дня принесут другой фен на 1 этаже. Не извинились за неудобства

The apartment was very well equipped. The views were amazing and it was conveniently located but at the same time it was quiet - the only noise at night was the sound of waves, when sleeping with windows opened. The beds were comfortable and the host was helpful. The only problem when you come by car may be finding a place to park, but that was something we expected. We definitely recommend it!

A stroll along the palm-fringed Paseo Marítimo has long been one of Marbella’s most special charms. With its views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains of Morocco, and an endless selection of relaxing beach bars, it is a particularly attractive spot to watch the world go by.
The enchanting Casco Antiguo (Old Town) echoes traditional Andalucía and its rich history; built within the still-standing walls of its Moorish castle, it preserves an undeniable cultural and historic heritage in the face of modern tourism. Its street plan bears the irregular layout characteristic of the Arabic era, although some of its narrow streets lead to plazas designed and built after the Christian Conquest. The Plaza de Los Naranjos (Orange Square), an example of the urban reorganisation carried by the conquerors, hosts the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall), built in the sixteenth century and enlarged in the eighteenth. A stone's throw away stands La Encarnación Church, a stunning temple whose construction dates back to the seventeenth century. The Old Town is a tranquil refuge with a unique atmosphere of blended cosmopolitanism and tradition.
The only way to reach Marbella is by car or bus.
The seafront apartment is located in the center of Marbella, on the Paseo Marítimo (seafront promenade).
