Peaceful location. Friendly neighbors. Good location for our needs. Parks right down the street. Pros- three bedrooms, comfortable beds, families for our grandkids to play with. Cons- downstairs gets cold while upstairs heats up- no easy middle ground, neighbors with dogs do not pick up poop so it’s everywhere. There is an indoor camera in the downstairs living space that is attached to the security alarm that takes photos and records sound, it was not mentioned in the ad, was unhappy to see it. The ad mentioned two exterior cameras. Overall a fine choice for anyone.

Beautiful house and great location! Ms. Lynda, the owner, is the best!! Respectful, helpful and always able to get ahold of her. We will definitely be returning to her place in the future!!!

We enjoyed our stay but had wished the house was better prepared for guests. We ended up having to buy toiletries & toilet paper since it wasn’t well equipped. The host replied within a respectable amount of time and was easy to check-in & get in to the home. The drive to the beach is about 20-30 minutes from this property & there is a Publix within 2 minutes which is highly convenient. We also wished that check-out would be later since there were some tasks that we had to complete before being able to leave. Overall, we did enjoy our stay here.

It was very spacious and pretty clean. It was in a decent location. The only thing we had a problem with was there was a lot of trash left by the previous guests. The trash was left in the garage, but it smelled so bad that we could smell it in the house. We picked it to move it away from the door and it had maggots under it. I’m not sure why it wasn’t taken out beforehand, but when we contacted the host she tried to be as helpful as she could, but the trash was not removed during our stay. I wouldn’t say that spoiled our stay, but just wanted to put it out there so it doesn’t happen again. I would stay here again.
