Žvinje is a picturesque village above Igalo, about 6 km from the first beach and supermarket.
A winding, partially paved road leads to the village, so driving to the village is like a little adventure, especially when you drive it for the first time. The road was recently widened so that cars going in the opposite direction can easily pass without danger.
This route is ideal for tourists who like an active holiday, for brisk walking and hill walking.
Following the road further from the house towards the end of the village, you will reach the Orthodox Church of St. Ilija and from that point you will have a phenomenal view of the Croatian part of the coast (Vitaljina, Molunat and Konavle) so that this hill divides Croatia and Montenegro in that area.
There is also a monument to the French soldiers who died in this area in 1806 during the Napoleonic conquests, erected in 1919.
There is also newly open ranch Aryen, 500m away from the house, with wonderful contact mini Zoo, restaurant and lot of outdoor terraces overlooking the Boka bay and mountain Lovcen.
Fans of active sports can enjoy horse riding on the ranch too.

A car is recommended because there are no local buses to the village of Žvinje.
If you decide to vacation without a car, there is always a cheap taxi as an option.
