It is less than 100mtrs from the shore line and the unrivaled view of the La Union sunset. The place is compact but homey and comfortable. It has everything you need for a relaxing weekend.

Quiet and safe residential neighborhood that's 100m away from the beach
Car or tricycle ride to San Juan Surf beach takes less than 10 minutes. You can walk along the road for about 20 min. A walk on the loose sand on the beach will take about 35 min.

The Residences belong to my dad, my sister and myself. We have one apartment each and we live in it half the time. We continously add new stuff and improve on the comfort and vibe of each place and we let you experience how we live. We hope you will be comfortable and at home in our home. If you encounter locked cabinets and doors, we appreciate it if you can respect our private belongings. Our bikes are for personal use only.
