Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni favolosi a metà ottobre in tre adulti. Complice il tempo favoloso (28-35gradi)… l’appartamento non è grandissimo (il bagno in particolare è piccolino) ma l’abbiamo trovato pulito e ordinato. Il punto di forza chiaramente è la posizione: ti trovi letteralmente sulla spiaggia… Noi avevamo preso la macchina a noleggio che vista la posizione e assenza di marciapiedi risulta essere indispensabile per gli spostamenti. Marco è stato gentilissimo fin dalla prenotazione. La prima richiesta da parte mia è stata quella di prenotarmi il bel tempo e l’ha fatto ;) Gli avevo chiesto di farmi trovare al mio arrivo una bottiglia di prosecco e del ghiaccio e così è stato. L’abbiamo apprezzato molto. Ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo ed è stato disponibile per ogni richiesta durante il nostro soggiorno. Il giorno di partenza su mia richiesta ci ha permesso di lasciare la casa mezz’ora dopo l’orario previsto. Molto simpatico e disponibile.

Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Empfang von Marco. Er gab uns gute Tips von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflügen. Die Lage direkt am Meer war genial und wir haben sehr erholsame Familienferien genossen. Werde die Unterkunft Familien und Freunden weiter empfehlen.

Marco war ein klasse Gastgeber, er war sehr gut erreichbar, hat sich sogar zwischendurch nach uns erkundigt. Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr großen Balkon, mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer, das direkt vor der Tür ist. Vom Schlafzimmer aus kann man die Wellen hören. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar mit Gewürzen, Olivenöl, Kaffee (Kapselmaschine). Die Einrichtung ist nicht sehr hochwertig, die Utensilien in der Küche weisen teilweise starke Gebrauchsspuren auf. Die Zimmer, insbesondere das Badezimmer, sind sehr hellhörig. Es gibt leider keinen Fußweg zur Unterkunft. Und bei der Fahrweise der Sizilianer sollte man sehr vorsichtig sein, wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Lieber das Auto nutzen. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit dort.

We had an amazing and relaxing time here. The location is perfect, right on beach and within walking distance to good bars and restaurants (15 minutes) and grocery shops (25 minutes). There isn’t much of a pavement to walk on which takes a bit of getting used to. Once the fridge was stocked up we were happy to chill in the apartment which has good enough facilities to cook meals there - no oven but a good gas hob and plenty of pans and utensils. The sea was so calm and warm and we spent a few days dipping in and out of the sea with the beach almost to ourselves! If that’s your idea of heaven too then this is the place to find it. We got a car for 3 days which Marco kindly helped us to organise, so we could explore more of Sicily; you can easily get to Palermo by train but if you want to go further out then a car is a good idea. Marco was really helpful and communicative and answered all our questions quickly - he’s a great host and this is a great place.
