Private beach access! Nice simple home, everything you need to cook and live. Highly recommend.

A beach home away from home experience! Well stocked with items you never want to pack: detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, plenty of ice, toiletries, beach towels, chairs & toys… The private beach association was just a minute walk away and they were fantastic for adults & kids. It was our favorite part. You have a few to choose from and one has a floating dock. Recommend packing swim tubes! We also found the homeowners and association members to be incredibly friendly to the renters. We participated in an annual association family game day, one homeowner offered her home & help when one of our kids got injured playing, and local kids offered to lend our kids their water toys. Access to Ocean Park (free thanks to Stan) made for a great mini walkable activity option for our kids. Stan was incredibly friendly in his messages and truly wanted us to have a great vacation! We will rent again for sure!

This house is in an amazing location. It has plenty of room and has been newly renovated. It has a gorgeous view of Long Island Sound from inside and outside of the house. It was a neat place to take morning walks around the neighborhood. It was close to a private beach and Ocean Park Beach. Highly recommend!
