The house was adorable, thoughtful renovations without compromising any charm. Beautifully decorated, plenty of places to sit and relax. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and the views. Check in was so easy, and the house was spotless. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The neighborhood was wonderful. I stayed with my two children (11 and 9) and felt so safe. Neighbors were friendly with many families. We exchanged smiles and hellos with everyone we passed by. We walked to all the beaches, lagoon, and the park. Bikes were available too! Driving distance to Mystic and other attractions was under 15 minutes. Mike was a great host! Super communicative, he even checked in with me during my stay. That was really awesome. Our time there was truly special. I hope to stay again!

This was our first experience with an Airbnb and we were not disappointed. Michael is an excellent host, communicates well and is very gracious. The house was perfect for us. It was clean, decorated nicely, and furnished well. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. We would definitely consider renting this house again or any other house if Michael is the host. :)

We came to stay here after the passing of my grandfather. Michael was very attentive and quick to respond when I needed an extension on the reservation. The house was very clean and comfortable. The walk around the shore was so soul soothing. We would definitely stay again should the occasion arise.

Michael's beach house was the perfect place for my family while visiting friends on Groton Long Point. Michael's instructions, responsiveness, and communication was great. Also appreciated his flexibility on the checkout time when my daughter needed some extra time. Thank you!
