This historical parish house has been updated to provide a modern getaway on a quiet street just a short stroll from the cafes and restaurants of downtown Biddeford. It's just a few minutes drive to the beaches and University of New England. Huge bedrooms and multiple living spaces provide plenty of privacy and interactivity for groups and families. Tall ceilings and giant rooms abound. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with heated floors and a spacious, extra-large bathtub. The upstairs queen bedroom has its own TV and seating area. The upstairs dual bedroom with two full size beds has its own living / playing room as well as its own TV. The downstairs king bedroom has its own seating area, work space, and TV. The dining room seats 8 to 10 easily and is great for boardgames - help yourself to the collection! The entertainment/living room has a 60 inch 4k TV and the sofa pulls out to a bed. All the sofas (upstairs and downstairs) are comfortable for sleeping. The office has a desk, printer, and curved monitor to hook up to for a second screen as needed.

We stayed at Becky and Mat’s place for a wedding in the Biddeford area. We had 5 adults with 3 cars. Their place was great: lots of parking, quiet, spacious, plenty of rooms and beds, and a generally charming place. The bidet and bathroom door behind the bookcase were nice touches that gave the place a fantasy feel. The renovations looked new or nearly new. We got a couple of ideas for our own. I would definitely stay here again when in the Biddeford area.

Our stay was great. The home was comfortable and in a perfect location. We were able to find all the places we needed while attending a wedding over the weekend. The "hidden" bathroom was terrific. My granddaughters got a kick out of it. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.

I couldn't have picked a better home for my family vacation. the home was very spacious and suited the needs of our two children ages 7 and 4 as well as six adults. the kitchen was stocked fully with everything we could have ever wanted. the bedrooms are spacious the bathrooms are clean and the bidet was a nice touch! we loved everything about the space. Charming is an understatement on what the house feels like and the surrounding neighborhood felt quiet and private yet not too far away from all the things that we wanted to do. Matt and Becky were incredibly responsive and really accommodating to all of our needs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I recommend anyone with a large group or anyone with children to consider staying here. it was only a 20 minute drive to downtown Portland! also we loved playing hide and go seek here with the kids and playing multiple games as there were plenty of options for all of us. thank you so much for being such gracious hosts to us

Biddeford is a working-class community that is also a rapidly gentrifying small city in Southern Maine. It is unique for its large, converted mill buildings providing ample opportunities for local breweries, restaurants, and small business owners. It is a semi-urban environment, and our home is located steps from the center of town.
We share the driveway with the neighboring church up until the stairs that lead to their back door. We also share the back lawn with them. Please be aware that the church is actively involved in the local community, has events and hosts dinners throughout the week.

出行信息

There's plenty of parking behind our house. Downtown Biddeford is very walkable from our location with many restaurants, shops, brewery's and cafe's just blocks away. The beaches are 10-20 drive away depending on which of the many beaches you prefer.

We love food and fancy drinks, animals, art, games, bowling, dancing, climbing, things that sparkle, people that sparkle, sparkles in general, big kids, little kids, old kids, and young ones too. We have two cats and they go with us pretty much everywhere and are lovely beings.
