Very comfortable, clean, warm. Nice, tropical feel. Theater seating & large screen tv in the spare room was an added bonus. Patio very comfortable for visiting & walled backyard was a real plus for our “best friend”. Sylvia was the perfect hostess - always available if needed. Everything worked perfect - kitchen well stocked with all dishes & utensils. If anything, too many remotes for the lamps, lights, fans - just a bit cumbersome at times. Very friendly neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (too short) & will be back whenever visiting friends in Green Valley.

If we could, we would give Sylvia’s place 10 stars. Perfect place to relax, inside and outside. From the very comfortable queen bed, the reclining couch in the den, to the beautiful yard with many comfy places to sit, we very much enjoyed our stay at Sylvia’s home. This was the cleanest place we have ever rented! Which we appreciated very much. Sylvia was always available and texted us weekly to ask if we needed anything. Sylvia was very kind.
