Welcome to Casa Linda Our 5 bedroom home is fully furnished with modern contemporary furniture and decore. Three of the four bedrooms have a queen size bed and a night stand. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The fifth room has two optional air mattresses available. All five rooms have a 55 inch TV. At the entrance, the home has a living space with two chairs and a small table. The adjacent formal dining area seats 6-8. Past the dinning room is a full kitchen, a casual dining area that seats five more and a small island with three stools. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, full size French door refrigerator and a large capacity gas range. The attached family room has a comfy couch and TV. Available for your use are a high-efficiency washer and dryer. All bedrooms and living room have a ceiling fan for added comfort. The Back yard has a grill, fire pit, patio chairs, and lighting. Caution: The pool area does not have a fence or gate. Doors leading to the backyard have safety locks and alarms. Children will need to be supervised at all times while on property. Specially in the back yard. There is no lifeguard available. Swim at your own risk. The pool: 3 feet deep on the shallow end progressing to 5 feet deep on the opposite end. There is a small lounging area at the entrance of the pool. There is also a functioning waterfall at the deep end. During the winter months, and most of spring, water temperature in the pool is in the 55 to 66 degree range. Due to the cold winter nights in Tucson (October to April) heating of the pool is not available. During the summer months, the pool temperature stays in the nineties. Accidental or intentional heating of the pool will result in a $100.00 fee per day heated. The spa seats seven adults comfortably and is equipped with five jets. Heating of the spa will go up to 103 degrees. Use of the spa heater is included in your rental. The patio: Includes a patio set, lounge chairs and grill. (Propane is not included but is available nearby for exchange)
