Ein super Spot für alle die Fjordferien lieben mit einem freundlichen und sehr unterstützenden Gastgeber. Man wird wohl lange im Voraus planen müssen um dieses Ferienhaus buchen zu können.

We were 2 families (2 x 4 persons) staying at Jan's cabin for one week. We enjoyed the place very much with its various highlights (hot tub over the fjord, diving boards, kayaks, motorboat, fishing equipment, barbecue, fire place, pizza oven, trampoline, well equipped kitchen,...) and beautifully located at the fjord. Its a perfect place for all kind of weather (we experienced all conditions, from heavy and chilly rain to suddenly perfect Norwegian summer...), for fishing directly from the rocks at the cabin or using the motorboat, swimming, bathing (in the outdoor hot tub - wonderful), hiking nearby, day trip to Bergen (even possible by public transport, as next bus stop is close to the house) or just relaxing and enjoying the stunning view over the fjord and watching e.g. the porpoises. Jan was a perfect, friendly, very responsive and always supportive and generous host! Thank you very much Jan and family, we only can recommend this place!

A great place to stay. We loved the fishing, diving boards, hot tub and pizza oven. We enjoyed walking in the local area, with footpaths just a few minutes drive from the cabin. We also enjoyed trips to some spectacular waterfalls and Hardangerfjord. The cabin has everything you need to relax. Jan and his parents were very welcoming and excellent at communicating should we need anything.
