A beautiful , interior decorated, 18th Century, two bedroom cottage in the charming coastal village of Brook. Pretty enclosed private garden with stream. 10 minute walk to the stunning Brook Beach and 10 minute walk to the Sun Inn Pub. Nearest shop in Brighstone, 5 minute drive. Superb cycle routes, coastal paths and down-land walks, all on the doorstep. Surfing, kite-surfing on Brook and Compton Beaches. Car parking for one car. The cottage is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Gardener's Cottage is located on the edge of the grounds of our main home, Woodend. To get to Gardener's Cottage you walk through the grounds of Woodend. Gardener's Cottage has its own private garden which is enclosed but not entirely dog proof. There is also a small, shallow stream with quite high banks. Children should not be left unattended in the garden.

Henrietta provisioned us for our stay with everything we needed for our first night and breakfast and more!! Eggs, bread, milk butter and cereals were all there as well as tea, coffee pods and more. I could have turned up with just my toiletries and been perfectly catered for. Just great!!

Two super friendly people and two super friendly dogs, what more could you ask for ! The cottage was immaculate , furnished to a high standard with professional design touches. Everything one could need was in there. The location was good for accessing nearby town roads and also peaceful and quiet, which is what we were looking for. My friend spotted a red squirrel. I loved the wild flowers. Would love to return and see the owner’s garden in full flower. Thank you Henrietta and Mike - you were a delight to meet.
What can we say.. Such a wonderful place, with exceptional hosts Hen and Mike. Beds like clouds with everything we needed and more. We will be back and we will recommend. X
Fabulous stay, beautiful home, the beds where one of the most comfortable I have slept in, bed of feathers my daughter said. iIt was fantastic to see resident red squirrels in the very private garden - highly recommended for a family stay on the beautiful Isle of Wight
