I really enjoyed it, you share a space with 5 other people but the house rules and almost daily cleaning makes it manageable. Decent internet, great location, you get a section of the fridge / kitchen for your things, 2 showers / bathrooms. There was someone there with a disability so she stuck a toilet cover on one toilet so it was a little odd, but I believe she is temporary. The neighborhood is close to several gyms, grocery stores and on the second floor of a nice building. Washer / dryer for use and she cleans your room once a week. Sometimes the texts she sends to everyone can seem too much but I like how she keeps order in the houses. No TV or place to eat besides your room, but lots of restaurants very close!

I am very satisfied with my five weeks stay in Rosa's apartment, due to many reasons. First, It's very clean, always well organized, with all what you need for a good stay in Barcelona. The rooms are very bright and quiet. The bed and the other furniture are very comfortable. Second, the apartment is located in downtown, in a safe and beautiful neighborhood near to all the facilities you may need. And last, Rosa is a very kind and caring host. She always answers to the guest's needs to make their stay as pleasant as possible. She is a real super host. Thank you very much Rosa. Finally, if you look for a great stay in Barcelona, you are in the right place. Do not hesitate.
