This 1970 ranch home is centrally located toward the edge of town, in a peaceful residential neighborhood, 1 block from lake Huron and 6 blocks from historic Newman St. The sunrise side offers something for everyone in any season and Debbie's Peaceful Place is in the center of it all! Drive or bike 4 1/2 miles to Tawas Point State Park or walk 6 blocks to the East Tawas dock to watch an incredible sunrise. Be sure to stop for shopping, great food, a movie or ice cream on your way home.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Our home is close to lake Huron which provides us a nice breeze coming off the bay on most days.

出行信息

We are within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, party store, bar, boat launch and East Tawas dock.
Bike rental is available nearby, you could ride around the neighborhood and visit one of the parks in the area.
The easiest way to get around is by car. It's a .6 mile drive to East Tawas state dock, 4.3 miles to East Tawas State Park, 13 miles to Lumberman's Monument or 17 miles to Iargo Springs. If you're feeling up to a beautiful US 23 road trip along lake Huron, it's 53 miles to Sturgeon Point Lighthouse, 64 miles to Alpena and 163 miles to Mackinaw City.

We are John and Debbie - We love to travel and stay at Airbnb's whenever possible. John grew up in this area and I have been vacationing here most of my life. This home has been in my family since the early 1990's and I moved here in 2011. This is my families "Happy Place", a place where you can truly relax and enjoy your time here.
