I love this place! I am in Ithaca multiple times a year for work. From this point on, this will be my first choice! The place has character with great wood work and accents, but it is also clean and modern where things need to be (e.g., kitchen, bathroom). Well stocked, plenty of storage and really nice touches, and the front porch is wonderful to sit on at night. It is also in the city, but tucked off the main drag, so quiet. And finally, Anita is absolutely wonderful! Very quick, friendly, great communication. Again, this is now my go-to place!

Let me start by saying you’ll absolutely love staying here! Anita’s apartment turned out to be perfect for our trip to Ithaca and the Finger Lakes. The house exceeded our expectations, had PLENTY of space and was sparkling clean. The proximity to the Commons made the location ideal for walking for coffee, breakfast, restaurants and nightlife but at the same time the house was just enough off the main drag that it was quiet at night. We loved the experience (and even had the chance to meet wonderful Anita!) and look forward to our next trip to the Finger Lakes.

As a native Ithacan, I'm picky about where we stay when we return to visit family -- and this place is a winner. It's spacious (big rooms and high ceilings), clean, bright, comfortable, and charming, but the real clincher here is the location, just south of the Ithaca Commons. That location puts you a short walk from restaurants and stores, as well as public meeting places such as the public library, cafes, and hotel lobbies. Many people who stay downtown end up north of the Commons; that's fine, but being south of the Commons means that important big box options on or near Route 13, from supermarkets (Wegman's!) to local gems like Northside Wine & Spirits, are very close. On top of all those location perks, Six Mile Creek runs across the street, so the view from the front is nothing but green.

The apartment was very clean and nice. All the bedrooms were cozy with their own bathrooms next to them. Parking was also very easy. The best part I think was the fact that Anita was so quick to respond to any questions or situations! Would absolutely want to stay here again when I am visiting Ithaca next time!
