As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features cozy sofas and is great for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals for the whole family, and the dining area is the ideal spot to gather for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our home has 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a unique charm and plenty of space for a good night's sleep. Outside, you'll find a large deck with plenty of seating and a grill, perfect for enjoying a barbecue or just relaxing in the sunshine. The backyard is spacious and private, with plenty of room for kids to play and explore. Located just a short drive from Lake Moultrie, our home is the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts. Spend the day fishing, boating, or swimming in the lake, or explore the nearby trails and parks. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, so you'll never run out of things to do.

We were in town for my niece’s graduation and weekend visit my sister’s family. We had a wonderful stay! The “cabin” was spotless and filled with lots of amenities—some I didn’t even expect! Very quaint and comfortable! The outdoor space is relaxing as well. We felt safe and nestled in a quiet neighborhood near the water. Hope we are fortunate enough to stay here when we visit my sister’s family again! Thanks to Mike et al for providing such a great place to call home for a few days!

We had an amazing weekend! The home was beautiful and if we’re ever back in the area would definitely stay again. Love the lake being so close and kids had an amazing time running around the big yard playing.
This place was very nice and clean. It had some privacy which I loved the most and our host was great. I couldn’t ask for anything else.

Originally from southeastern Massachusetts, I moved to Charleston, SC after falling in love with the area while vacationing there. I am extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve my local community for 8 years as a firefighter, and am equally fortunate to have been able to leave the fire department so that I could focus on traveling and spending time with my wife, 2 children, and our sweet puggle. Having successfully owned and operated multiple short-term rental properties over the past 8 years as well, my passion for serving others, and for having a positive impact on my community, has led to the creation of the SynergyStays hospitality brand. SynergyStays is built on the premise of purposeful travel. Our properties are centered on creating an experience that benefits both the traveler AND the location - we prioritize progress for the benefit of the local communities in which we operate.
