What a beautiful & welcoming oasis for two travel weary gals ! Calming from the first moment we pulled into the driveway . We were welcomed by lovely front gardens , hummingbirds and the sound of water moving gently in the fountain . Everything was easy to find and just as instructions outlined . Once inside , we were both struck by how warm and friendly the space felt. Definitely a warm space & happy home . We loved the open floor plan & flow of the rooms , which were tastefully decorated and comfortable . The space would be ideal for a small family ( 3 bedrooms total ) or possibly two couples . My daughter and I enjoyed the big open living room with big kitchen adjoining. Kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed . We felt like we had been invited to stay at a family friends ! Location is perfect for easy access to Montecito & short drive to Santa Barbara . In the evenings we sat outside on the extensive stone patio and listened to the back fountain and birdsong . Delightful! There is an outdoor jacuzzi and fireplace as well . Completely worth the price for a relaxing & rejuvenating stay . Will def be back !!

Magnificent! Beautiful home inside and out. Tastefully and comfortably decorated inside, with Viking appliances in the kitchen. Outside, enjoy a peaceful, secure and very private garden including hot tub, BBQ and other reasons to not even think about going anywhere! Although it is also conveniently located for restaurants and the beach. You will not want to leave.
