Situated about one mile from the Connecticut line, there is quick access to Rte. 91. Bradley International Airport is a 15 minute ride in light traffic. The Basketball Hall of Fame, MGM Casino, Dr. Seuss Museum, Six Flags, The Big E, Springfield Symphony Orchestra, just a few of the area attractions. Great restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. About the space: The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a full bath, and a living room featuring a leather sectional, a 58" TV with a Roku and Xfinity connection, and a gas fireplace. The master bedroom, also located on the first floor, offers a memory foam king size bed, and a 58" television with a Roku. Outside the kitchen door, the breezeway connects to the driveway and the back yard deck. The wooden deck offers seating for 4-6 and a large hot tub for 6. The back yard is fenced-in. In early June, the wooden deck will be replaced and rebuilt with composite material. The second floor has two bedrooms with memory foam queen beds, each with its own TV with Roku. A Full bath is located on the second floor. In the finished basement, there is a large sectional, a large flat screen TV with Roku, a futon, a gas fireplace, a mini bar fridge, a treadmill and recumbent bike, a desk with computer for guest use, and a Bosch compact washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided. For smaller guests, we also offer a high chair, a Pack and Play, a booster seat and 3 baby gates at all times located in the upstairs bedroom closets. Upon request, we offer a toddler bed. Please ask ahead of time if you would like the toddler bed, or the Pack and Play w/ bottom sheets to be set up before your arrival.
